Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for Full‑Time team members Dental and Vision plans for Part‑Time team members Paid Time Off for Full‑Time and Part‑Time team members Support for New Graduates through the Powerback Clinical Mentorship Program H‑1B Visa & Relocation Assistance: sponsorship support and Journey Travel Program to work across the U.S. as a full‑time role Exclusive discounts on Wireless/TV, Home/Auto/Renters, Pet Insurance, Childcare, Eldercare, and more Responsibilities Assess the need for, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation Identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs Implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in essential skills to promote independence and productivity, diminishing or correcting pathology Direct activities that promote and maintain health Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards Ensure effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, adherence to an established plan of care, departmental and patient schedules, and timely documentation of services Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and other related meetings Consult with other rehabilitation team members to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen Adapt program and/or plan of care according to the needs of individual patients Promote a safe environment and enforce elimination of fire and safety hazards Order supplies and equipment as necessary Clean, maintain, identify, and report the need for repair of equipment Prioritize patient service first, ensuring highest quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere Screen, examine, and evaluate patients, including history, systems review, and appropriate tests, synthesize information, interpret findings, establish diagnosis, identify impairments, predict level of improvement, determine time to achieve desired outcomes, and design treatment plan Develop treatment goals and methods in collaboration with patient and caregivers, implement the physical therapy treatment plan, and complete all related documentation and record keeping Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Physical Therapy related master’s degree plus a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy Or a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience Availability to travel nationwide for 13‑week assignments and flexibility to work in various settings Ability to travel and temporarily reside in locations outside the therapist’s primary home Master’s degree earned outside the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy (if applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation
