This role offers a high-volume surgical environment, modern facilities, and long-term growth potential within a dentist-owned organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop oral surgery treatment plans Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and related services Provide safe, high-quality perioperative and post-operative patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Utilize WinOMS software for patient records and case management Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and clinical support teams Educate patients on post-operative care and follow-up expectations Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license in North Carolina Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Experience with extractions, implants, and surgical procedures Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, team-based environment Practice Highlights Large group practice with consistent referral flow State-of-the-art surgical facilities with general anesthesia (GA) capabilities Modern equipment and experienced clinical support staff Job Details Job Type: Full-time (Part-time considered) Work Location: In person Location: Charlotte, NC Compensation & Growth Competitive compensation structure High earning potential based on production #J-18808-Ljbffr Friendly Dental Group
