This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced music academy, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both clients and instructors. The Operations Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 clients , maintaining scheduling consistency, ensuring attendance, and owning the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing engagement. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Schedule Requirements Candidates must be able to work during business hours: Weekdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and maintain scheduling for ~200 active clients and instructors Monitor lesson attendance and proactively address cancellations, reschedules, and gaps Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and high-touch experience Own the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and engagement Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery and scheduling alignment Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently Track client satisfaction and provide regular updates to leadership Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and process improvements Support business growth initiatives through strong client relationship management Must Haves 3+ years of experience in customer service, high end retail/restaurant groups, or event planning. Experience managing high-volume scheduling or client/customer portfolios Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in real time Plusses Experience in a music, education, or service-based industry Background managing instructors, contractors, or schedules in a service environment Experience with CRM or scheduling systems Strong data tracking/reporting or operational analytics experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
