Maintains grade reporting to include report card grades, transcript updates, and teacher gradebooks. Works with the Guidance Department with master scheduling and student grade records. Works with the On-Time Graduation Specialist regarding attendance concerns. Performs registration and withdrawal of students. Formats, generates and prints various reports and listings as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Must hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates degree in Business preferred. Ability to accurately maintain complex data files and to prepare reports from files and records. Experience with PowerSchool desirable. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with school administrators, support staff, and students.
