Job Duties: Reviews Contract Documents Manages and leads operators and laborers throughout the duration of the project Schedules workers for daily tasks on each project Manages day to day operations & safety for each project Assists in gathering data for billing purposes Reviews and approves materials and equipment for project work. Coordinatesactivities,materials,procurement,&otherrelatedactivitieswithProjectManager&FieldStaff Communicates progress and prepares appropriate reports as needed by Project Manager, Project Director, Owner's Rep, Architect, Represents company at weekly Project Owner's meetings Responsiblefortheschedulingandperformanceofalloperatorsandlaborerson each project Supervises, reviews, and coordinates submittals Ability to build and execute a project according to plan Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in Construction General understanding of reading plans & specifications in accordance to the construction of a project. General understanding of the IDOT & MODOT standard specification for road and bridge construction. Knowledge of pay items and job costing. GPS knowledge is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
