Door Puller Interior Production Location: Morrow, GA Pay: $14.00$15.00/hr BOE Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a physically fit and hardworking Door Puller to join our interior production team. This is a very heavy labor position that requires employees to continuously lift, move, pull, carry, and handle heavy doors and materials throughout the production process. The ideal candidate must have the strength, stamina, and physical ability to perform repetitive heavy-duty work for extended periods while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Pull, move, and handle doors throughout the interior production process Lift and carry heavy doors and materials Position doors and materials accurately for production Assist production team members with moving and staging materials Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Maintain a steady pace while meeting production goals Inspect materials for damage or defects Keep the work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work closely with team members and supervisors Perform other general production and warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Must be physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, carry, and move heavy materials Strong physical stamina and endurance Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods Reliable and dependable with good attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Physical Requirements This is a very heavy labor position. Candidates must be prepared to perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift. Frequent lifting and carrying of heavy doors/materials Frequent pushing and pulling Repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and positioning Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to maintain physical activity for a full 10-hour shift Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is strong, dependable, physically fit, and comfortable performing heavy labor.
