Doral / Miami, FL (In Office)

Pay:
$15 to $17 per hour

Schedule:
Part Time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

About the Position:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual for a part time office position that includes customer service, recruiting support, and appointment setting .

This is an entry level opportunity with hands on training , ideal for someone looking to grow into sales, recruiting, or office administration .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Call and follow up with job applicants (recruiting)
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Make outbound calls to businesses to set appointments
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Perform basic office tasks using Microsoft Office
• Support daily office operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
