Make a Meaningful Impact as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Civilian Opportunity at Dumfries Health Center (Prince William County, VA) Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation's active-duty military members and their families - in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment. Position Highlights:
• Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week
o One Saturday shift every 4-5 weeks
• Manageable Patient Load: See just 12-15 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care - not quantity
• Outpatient-Only Practice: No nights, no weekends, no on-call - ever
• Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment with minimal administrative burden

• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
