Job Overview

Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting and connecting with each customer, welcoming questions and seeking opportunities to educate on our products, suggestively selling gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise, soliciting orders, entering sales, and processing payments in a timely and friendly fashion, managing the cash drawer following established cash handling procedures, serving all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, delivering products within established speed of service guidelines and identifying drinks upon delivery, operating and maintaining cleanliness of all store equipment, optimizing workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise, maintaining cleanliness of coworker and customer areas, and demonstrating genuine appreciation to each customer.

Qualifications include passion for people, ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, commitment to master brand recipes and techniques, dependability, energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style, and ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties.
