ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six—three in-office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
