Department: 02190 AMG Beverly - Immediate Care Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: On-site (45 min-1hr) interviews on Tuesday & Thursdays, between 10am-2pm only Pay Range $35.50 - $53.25 This position is eligible for a $5000.00 sign on bonus ½ payable after 90 days of hire and remainder ½ payable after 1 year of employment (internals not included) Where You Will Work: Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Center in Chicago IL, offers in-person care for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries that need urgent attention but aren't an emergency. Our walk-in clinic is open extended hours, making it a convenient option to get care after hours or if you can't get in to see your primary care provider. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred What You’ll Do: 1st position offers: 10/hr. shift: 10:30am-9:00pm, 4 days a week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. May on occasion be requested to come in earlier depending on departmental needs. 2nd position offers: 10/hr. shifts: 7:30am-6:00pm, 4 days a week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. May on occasion be requested to come in earlier depending on departmental needs. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
