Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding resident status and goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health record systems
