Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a work-life balance that meets your lifestyle needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document client progress, treatment goals, and compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment programs that empower them to manage their mental health symptoms effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and establish safe treatment plans that promote client well-being.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while supporting clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficient in using technology, including reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet, and a webcam for virtual consultations.
• A strong ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-discipline in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience
