How you’ll serve our patients: A Day in The Life - YouTube As a Milieu Coordinator at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team delivering hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions, and support to our patients across various centers nationwide. Your responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic groups based on core curriculum, providing milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching in inpatient/residential and PHP programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your education in a therapist-in-training capacity. You will serve patients daily in various ways: Facilitating curriculum-based therapeutic groups Cross-training across levels of care within your program Milieu management, including de-escalation, crisis management, bathroom monitoring, behavior coaching, and safety checks for self-harm and suicide Supporting morning routines in inpatient/residential programs Collecting weights, vitals, and urine samples where applicable Documenting groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations Milieu Coordinator Must Haves Bachelor's degree required At least 6 months of behavioral health experience required Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training Knowledge and application of Trauma-Informed Care Milieu Coordinator II Must Haves Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (in mental health or related field) Clinical associate/intern license strongly preferred Minimum of 18 months behavioral health experience required (waived with relevant Master's degree) Experience with group curriculum, facilitation, and therapeutic milieu skills preferred Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training Knowledge of stress reactions expressed behaviorally and psychologically/emotionally How We Invest In You Every role at ERC Pathlight is vital to delivering high-quality care.
