Warehouse Worker | Concord , NC | 2nd shift | Monday – Friday | 2 : 00 p m – 10 : 30pm | $18 . 80 per hour

What Matters Most:

• Competitive salary of $18.80 per hour 2nd Shift
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• Regular attendance, including being on time and ready to work assigned start time
• Heavy lifting position
• Experience operating sit down/stand up/reach/cherry picker

Responsibilities:

• Safely unload, inspect, check, and inventory incoming freight.
• Verify inbound shipments against packing slips, invoices, purchase orders, and other shipping documents.
• Operate RF scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory in real time.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors, yard drivers, and customs compliance personnel to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, and basic computer programs.
• Familiarity with SAP, AS400, or other Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify counts, measurements, and documentation accurately.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well with a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and office setting.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
