Requirements Minimum 5 years of dental management experience Previous Practice Administrator or Office Manager leadership experience Heavy MGE experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead high-performing teams Strong understanding of practice financials, KPIs, and business operations Experience coaching for production, collections, and case acceptance Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Organized, proactive, and results-driven Passion for leadership, team development, and operational excellence
