As an EPIC Private Hire driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering a luxury, VIP experience from the moment you greet our guests until you drop them off at their destination. Every journey should be safe, comfortable, professional, and memorable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a first-class, VIP-style experience for every client.
Safely transporting passengers to and from airports, resorts, cruise ports, hotels, and attractions across Central Florida.
Greeting guests professionally and assisting with luggage to ensure a smooth, stress-free journey.
Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation of your assigned vehicle, inside and out.
Wearing the company uniform provided and presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Arriving on time for every shift and every booking—excellent timekeeping and punctuality are essential.
Using navigation, scheduling, and job-related apps on an iPhone/iPad confidently and efficiently.
Providing outstanding customer service while remaining friendly, courteous, and attentive to guests’ needs.
Communicating professionally with the office team and customers throughout the day.
Completing pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
Maintaining a safe driving record and always following company policies and traffic laws.
Helping create memorable experiences for families visiting Orlando by offering helpful local knowledge and recommendations when appropriate.
