StretchLab is looking for motivated fitness and wellness professionals who want more than just hourly sessions - we want Flexologists who are excited to build relationships, retain clients, and keep their schedules full.

If you enjoy working directly with clients, tracking progress, and seeing your book grow week after week, this role is built for you.

Position: Flexologist

$24-$28 per session hour + tips + commission opportunities

Part-time & Full-time available

Certification provided at no cost.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Assess mobility and create client-specific stretch plans
• Educate members on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention
• Build long-term client relationships to support retention
• Support studio events, demo days, and community outreach
• Maintain a professional, clean studio environment

Flexologist Certification Program

We cover the full cost of your StretchLab Flexologist Training Program - a 30-hour hands-on certification.

You'll learn:

• Assisted stretching techniques
• Client assessment and mobility science
• Anatomy and communication fundamentals
• StretchLab service delivery system
