Join our small, dedicated automotive repair shop as an Automotive Technician. We are a busy mom and pop business seeking a self-motivated mechanic with a good work ethic and strong problem-solving skills. This opportunity offers flat rate pay, enabling skilled technicians to maximize earnings. You will work as part of a team with minimal direct customer interaction, and bringing your own tools is required. No overtime is expected, but the work is certainly here to be done if you want.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete engine and electrical system repairs efficiently under flat rate payment
- Troubleshoot problems independently with resourcefulness
- Maintain reliability and professionalism as part of a collaborative team
- Manage job completion with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in automotive repair
- Strong knowledge in automotive diagnostics, engine repair, and electrical systems
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Good time management skills
