Pay rate: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 gross per week

Weekend rotation: every 4th weekend

Call: On Call

ON call Pager fee: $6/hr (if applicable)

Call Back: $124.50 (if applicable)

Additional details about the position:

Standard outpatient pharmacist responsibilities

Able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy--verifying EPIC orders, checking technician work, answering pharmacist phone calls, etc.

Providing inpatient and outpatient IVs, compounding inpatient unit dose meds

Inpatient and outpatient surgery, med/surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, ED

Experience requirements:

Required education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital experience
