Pay Range: $50/hr - $56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Leadership & Innovation
• Architect and execute marketing strategies that combine national brand messaging with DMA-level and hyper-local targeting .
• Manage day-to-day allocation of digital media budgets in partnership with Finance and leadership, optimizing spend against ROI and performance objectives.
• Develop scalable local-market testing strategies , partnering with Data Science and Analytics teams to define KPIs, testing frameworks, and measurement approaches.
• Identify and recommend marketing technologies and tools that enable personalization, local targeting, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Drive continuous innovation across digital media strategy, creative approaches, measurement, and local-market execution.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Leadership
• Serve as the primary media strategy partner for internal go-to-market teams, influencing target-market selection, KPIs, media strategy, and measurement frameworks.
• Champion program strategy and vision across cross-functional organizations, aligning senior leadership, Product Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Technology teams without direct authority.
• Build and manage strong relationships with media agencies, advertising platforms, and external media partners .
• Stay current on digital media and platform best practices, particularly around web, phone, and in-person conversion tracking .
• Deliver clear, data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership , representing program strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities in high-visibility settings.
• Digital Media & Local Market Growth
• Develop and execute paid media strategies designed to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and local-market performance.
• Translate national marketing strategies into market-specific and hyper-local media plans .
• Analyze performance across markets and channels to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to evaluate campaign performance and establish scalable measurement frameworks.
• Use customer, market, and performance data to identify opportunities for market expansion and program growth.
• Program & Business Impact
• Support both operational and strategic planning cycles , balancing near-term customer growth and revenue objectives with longer-term testing, innovation, and AI integration.
• Drive expansion of local-market marketing programs and develop scalable strategies that can be replicated across markets.
• Bring an AI-first mindset to creative development, media planning, personalization, optimization, and measurement.
• Contribute to the modernization of digital media planning, measurement frameworks, and marketing technology capabilities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 7 years of experience in paid media , with a strong focus on digital marketing and demonstrated success leading local, DMA-level, or market-specific strategies.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and business growth through paid digital media .
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, media strategy, performance marketing, audience targeting, and marketing technology .
• Experience launching and scaling a new product, program, or marketing initiative within an enterprise-level brand.
• Experience with local, regional, DMA-level, retail, or location-based marketing strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for both analytical and executive audiences.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to establish ambitious goals, evaluate performance, and quickly pivot strategies based on market conditions and results.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority .
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
