RHO Residential LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping our luxury properties safe, secure and well-maintained in Roseland, NJ. The role includes overseeing service requests, coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring timely turnover of vacants to rent-ready condition. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in property maintenance with at least 1 year supervisory experience, strong people skills, and proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and #J-18808-Ljbffr RHO Residential LLC
