Massari Dentistry and Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated and licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Westlake. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 based on experience and skills. As a key member of our dental care team, you will provide outstanding preventive dental services and contribute to creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Current and valid Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license
Minimum of 1-3 years of dental hygiene experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene practices and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient care
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Description

Welcome and prepare patients, ensuring a comfortable experience
Conduct oral health assessments, including screenings for gum disease, cavities, and oral infections
Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and assist with x-rays using modern digital equipment
Take and record vital signs and patient medical histories accurately
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
Prepare and sterilize instruments and assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and HIPAA regulations

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
