Chemical MixerThe Chemical Mixer role, the candidate must have experience on a forklift, ability to compute rate, ratio and percent as well as have manufacturing environment experience.Responsibilities of the Chemical MixerMaintains a clean work environmentAdheres to safe usage and handling of chemicalsComputes and adjusts mixture formulas when necessaryBlends chemicals based on predetermined formulasInspects batches to insure they are properly mixedWorks with the lab to receive batch approval prior to the batch going to the fill roomRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of productSuggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of departmentAnalyzes work problems and assists in solving problemsSuggests plans to achieve work goalsAssist other departments when necessaryInspects materials and keep detailed inventory records to include chemical quantity and locationMUST HAVE RELATIVE EXPERIENCE
