Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and attentive service. Coordinate with technical installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and service delivery is seamless. Manage administrative workflows, including processing financing applications, permit documentation, and energy efficiency rebate paperwork. Execute procurement tasks by managing purchase orders for equipment, materials, and specialized subcontractors. Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance on modern HVAC technologies and industry advancements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the HVAC or home services sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking leads and managing documentation.
