You'll collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety standards. What You'll Do As a Shift D Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products within the facility.
• Loading and unloading trucks to ensure on-time delivery and pickup schedules.
• Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately, utilizing RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Stacking and storing materials in designated areas following established inventory procedures.
• Performing basic inspections and maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate production records and completing necessary documentation.
• Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or operational issues.
• Collaborating with team members to meet overall production and shipping targets.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills and math.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive procedures.
• The capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
