Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do:Lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities operations.Lead implementation and sustainment of reliability improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve asset performance.Drive equipment uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Analyze equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance metrics using SAP, CMMS, and other reliability systems to drive continuous improvement.Manage maintenance technicians, employee development, and performance.Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, service, efficiency, equipment uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities and maximize production performance.Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.Manage maintenance budgets, backlog prioritization, and capital improvements.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with proven results in improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Experience using CMMS, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and performance reporting.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, HVAC, and facility systems.Experience leading reliability programs, preventive maintenance systems, and root cause failure analysis.Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferredExperience managing multi-shift or continuous operationsChemical or plastics processing (thermoforming, extrusion, and/or injection molding), or packaging industrial experienceLean manufacturing experience Experience leading capital improvement projects in a manufacturing environmentSAP experience What we offer...Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!  Professional development opportunities with training and tuition reimbursement A supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safety Generous PTO policy with vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays Comprehensive relocation package #LI-ZB1 Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
