AI Product Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a REMOTE AI Product Manager for a healthcare organization focused on serving senior populations. This individual will act as the bridge between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical AI engineering teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise AI opportunities. They will lead discovery sessions across business functions to uncover high-value use cases and develop AI product strategies that align with organizational goals. The AI Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through planning, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization. They will partner closely with AI Engineers developing agentic AI solutions, copilots, and automation tools while ensuring each initiative is managed as a scalable enterprise product. This role will help define product roadmaps, success metrics, governance standards, and implementation approaches for AI initiatives built within Azure and Databricks environments. The ideal candidate has experience bringing AI products from concept to production and can effectively align business objectives with technical delivery. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with occasional travel to Denver (approximately once every 2-4 weeks) and a pay range of $90 - $105/hr W2 depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on AI, data, analytics, or digital products

• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and managing AI/Generative AI use cases from discovery through deployment

• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements and define product roadmaps

• Experience managing products built on Azure cloud, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agentic AI solutions, and product lifecycle management - Healthcare industry experience

• Experience working with EHR, FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data environments

• Azure or Databricks certifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologies

• Experience launching Generative AI products, copilots, chatbots, or automation solutions

• Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and data governance requirements
