Commercial Learning & Development, Associate Director

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Learning & Development to design and execute training strategy for rare disease product launches. This role partners with sales, marketing, and medical affairs to build curricula that equip commercial teams with clinical expertise and launch readiness across the company's portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curricula for rare disease commercial launches
• Build product, market, and disease state expertise to lead end-to-end launch and sustainment strategy
• Partner with field sales and leadership to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize training initiatives
• Own multi-phase readiness plan from pre-launch through post-launch reinforcement
• Facilitate training at national and regional launch meetings

Requirements

• Proven track record in rare disease learning and development within biotech
• Deep clinical expertise in disease states and ability to translate complex science
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Adult learning principles knowledge and curriculum design expertise
