Operations Analyst

Job Title: Operations AnalystJob Location: Graham, NCJob Duties:Design, develop, and optimize innovative and cost-effective operations solutions for food and beverage products.Work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to develop operations strategy that meets functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.Administer databases and build dashboards to visualize key Operations KPIs including production attainments, downtime, line speed, labor costs, etc to track performances.Conduct statistical analysis and draft reports per Operations team’s request for analytical needs, and come up with improvement suggestions.Collaborate with suppliers to assess material specifications, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Evaluate and test packaging materials to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals.Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements in packaging processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.Develop specifications, technical drawings, and testing protocols for raw materials to ensure consistency and quality in production.Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions to maintain operational efficiency.Requirements:Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or closely related field of study.Six (6) months experience in business development.Knowledge in Process and Supply Chain Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, and Data Management.Skills in Statistical analysis, linear programming, SQL, Power BI.Skills in DOE (Design of Experiments), and process assessment and improvement.To Apply: Send resume to Alamance Foods Inc. at 840 Plantation Drive, Burlington, NC 27215.
