What We're Looking For (Required & Elite Qualifications)

To land this role and thrive within our fast-paced sales environment, you must possess an exceptional record of enterprise acquisition:

• Target Account Experience: Proven track record successfully selling consulting solutions to enterprise organizations in the 1,000 to 5,000 employee benefits space .

• Domain Mastery: Deep experiential and structural knowledge of the Employee Benefits or Health and Benefits consulting industry , including self-funded models, ancillary coverage, and modern health plans.

• Executive Presence: A powerful personal network and a demonstrated ability to consistently gain direct access to C-suite level executives (CHROs, CFOs, CEOs).

• Sales Execution: A flawless track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales goals, quotas, and expansion metrics.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.

• Active Life and Health License .

· Model: This is a hybrid position.

• Requirement: Candidates must work at least three days per week in the office at our local campus

What You'll Do

• Drive High-Yield Revenue: Execute aggressive sales goals by building and maintaining a large, complex portfolio of high-yield corporate accounts via sophisticated sales presentations, executive calls, and targeted outreach

• Lead Complex Deal Cycles: Own the end-to-end account acquisition pipeline from initial prospecting and discovery to close. Lead complex pricing negotiations and facilitate comprehensive service alignment to secure high-value financial outcomes

• Craft Value-Driven Proposals: Architect tailored, highly creative sales proposals, executive presentations, and multi-layered RFP responses that effectively address intricate client pain points.

• Conduct Market Intelligence: Lead rigorous research efforts on relevant markets and industries to uncover emerging relationship needs, target new accounts, and unlock expansion or cross-selling opportunities across sister operational companies. [1, 2]

• C-Suite Stakeholder Management: Interface frequently with prospective and existing client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and deep market penetration.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm within various regional, national, or industry organizations and elite conferences to expand your professional network and maintain market exposure
