Position Summary Prepared Food team member responsible for preparing, packaging, and presenting food items to members while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to business needs. Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions and seasonality, and adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold‑chain standards. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and manage inventory. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Use handheld technology for decisions on production, ordering, club pick‑up orders, training, and quality control. Be an Owner : Drive area performance through stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control, eliminating waste, and providing member service. Assist members with purchasing and resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Advocate the brand, inspire teamwork, and support training for associates. Address roadblocks and foster a respectful, supportive atmosphere. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in all business processes. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identify priorities and deadlines; and recommend improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
