This opportunity is part of the firm’s plan for growth and the strengthening of the tax team before the new year. They are seeking a Tax Senior to join a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Senior will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior:
- Preparation of complex returns with minimal supervision
- Review of Intern and Staff returns (Review experience is not required)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- CPA or EA Required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
- 25 days PTO/ year
- 401k w/match

- Major Holiday’s
- Medical/Dental/Vision (Fully paid by the firm for the employee)
- Family/ tight-knit feel
- Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
