Description:

As a Research Analyst at VoicedIQ, you will support the analysis of high-value Federal contract pursuits for respected global client brands. Responsibilities include analyzing, collecting, and disseminating critical capture information in a journalistic style; providing business development (BD) intelligence to C-level executives, BD teams, and service professionals; advising executive-level decision-makers within the Federal Contracting industry; collaborating on time-sensitive intelligence; interviewing key government stakeholders; and producing research reports.

Research Analysts use both strategic writing skills and direct outreach to sources, with intelligence findings that directly impact multi-million dollar contract decisions. Two positions are open: entry-level and experienced analyst, with the latter responsible for reviewing team work, supporting and training peers, and providing technical oversight.

Requirements:

Entry-level: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution with at least a 3.0 GPA; exceptional communication and writing skills; typing speed above 40 WPM; comfortable making phone calls to high-ranking government personnel; remote work location must be in US Eastern or Central Time Zone; proficiency in federal contracting terminology, processes, and policies; experience with government contract databases (SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, FPDS.gov).

Experienced: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution; minimum 2 years’ experience in market research, capture intelligence, or business-development roles; experience with business development and market intelligence platforms in federal contracting; experience with government procurement.
