The Project Manager will collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project success while adhering to established project management methodologies and governance standards. This position will be a contract and remote.What You'll DoManage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and scopePartner with project sponsors and stakeholders to develop project charters, define objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, budgets, and schedulesMonitor and manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requestsCommunicate project status, milestones, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, PMOs, and steering committeesCoordinate project resources and negotiate staffing needs with functional managers as requiredEnsure all project deliverables and documentation comply with established project management standards and governance requirementsFacilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, and change management processesTrack project financials, resource allocations, forecasts, and recovery plans across fiscal periodsCollaborate with stakeholders to define, measure, and realize project benefits and business valueContribute to continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned, process enhancements, and project management best practicesLead project closeout activities, including project summaries, presentations, and closure reviews with leadership teamsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in project managementDemonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycleExperience developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocationsStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue management, and change control processesProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planisware, or similar platformsKnowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and WaterfallExcellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skillsPreferred:PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationScrum Master certificationExperience working in technology, software development, or digital engineering environmentsExperience participating in PMO initiatives, process improvement efforts, and project governance programsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to View email address on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io.EEO StatementIt is the policy of Computer Aid, Inc. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
