Single Specialty Group Employee, Traditional. Report to Hospital with 1:7 Call Ratio. Competitive Annual Salary. Production Incentives available. Loan Forgiveness available up to $40,000/year. CME time and money available. Up to 5 weeks of PTO available. 401K with employer match up to 3%. Opening due to retirement of existing provider. Experience differential and a substantial seniority and performance-based bonus schedule. Medical Malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage.. Scheduling structure can consider individuals whom wish to "sub-specialize within general OBGYN". Extra call is very common (1-2/mo) due to small amount of mandatory call. This can add $22,500 - $58,500 per year. Additional stipend for leadership roles.. End of year bonus based on performance and seniority. Salary increase annual most years, usually COLA+. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
