The Role As a Front Desk Sales Associate , you’re the welcoming face of the studio and the friendly guide behind every great guest experience. You’ll help clients check in, learn about the benefits of infrared therapy, fall in love with their self‑care routine, and leave feeling their absolute best — every time. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting guests like they’re old friends (even if it’s their first visit!) Educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy Booking sessions, handling transactions, and managing scheduling like a pro Recommending memberships and packages that suit each guest’s wellness goals Keeping the studio clean, serene, and stocked for a 5‑star experience Collaborating with your team to hit goals and celebrate wins Maintaining clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintaining and organizing the facility’s towel supply area We offer comprehensive training.
