Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues promptly
Perform general, preventative, and emergency maintenance
Help keep the community safe, functional, and resident-ready
Take pride in your work and respond efficiently to service needs Minimum Requirements
Valid Florida drivers license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, motivated, and ready to work Preferred (Not Required)
CPO Certification
HVAC / EPA Certification We Offer
