Neuro RN | Charge Nurse & Preceptor

Yale New Haven Health in West Babylon, New York is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care according to unit policies, while supervising non-RN personnel and providing education to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a BSN (preferred) and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience. Responsibilities include developing patient care plans and functioning as a charge nurse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
