Residential Assistant

Applicants for this full-time leadership position must be able to multi-task; providing supervision and guidance on the floor, including training staff, monitoring staff performance, and providing direction and correction as necessary. This position works Tuesday-Saturday (hours flex, primarily 2nd shift). Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience working in the field required Valid drivers license and med certification required Basic computer skills required Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading English required Previous supervisory experience preferred HS Diploma/ GED Required Responsibilities: Perform duties of direct care staff, including hands-on care and treatment of residents. Models and ensures proper care, treatment, supervision, and safety of residents. Act as house representative on the agency’s Recreation Council. Attend/Conduct staff meetings and other program meetings as assigned. Maintain a positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor. In the absence of Residential Supervisor, assume operation of the house. Pay: $24.72 – $26.68/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
