Warehouse Associate Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM $19.00 per hour Summary We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for relabeling paint cans, sorting products, repackaging materials, and preparing shipments for distribution. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work and maintaining productivity throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Job ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload materials within the warehouseRelabel paint cans according to customer and company specificationsSort products and organize inventory for shipmentRepackage products as needed to meet shipping requirementsStack paint cans and packaged products onto palletsPick, pack, scan, kit, and count products accuratelyUse barcode scanners and warehouse management systemsInspect products for damage or discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory and product identificationAdhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work environmentFollow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelinesSupport additional warehouse duties as assignedJob RequirementsExperience operating material handling equipment requiredPrevious warehouse experience preferredExperience using handheld barcode scanners preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull for extended periodsAbility to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weightsAbility to work in hot and cold warehouse environmentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications1 year of warehouse experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with warehouse management systemsAvailability for overtime as neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse environmentFrequent lifting and palletizing of paint cansRegular sorting, repackaging, and labeling activitiesExposure to varying warehouse temperaturesTeam-oriented workplace focused on safety and productivityBenefitsWeekly payFull-time employmentCompetitive compensationOvertime opportunitiesOn-the-job trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesHealth benefits packageRetirement savings plan opportunities
