Mechanic Laborer
Location: Far East El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Mechanic Laborer to assist with general maintenance, repair work, and shop operations. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics with equipment and vehicle repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support general labor duties around the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical or general labor experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
