We’re looking for an experienced Millwork Shop Sprayer / Finisher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Spray finishing, staining, and painting of custom millwork and cabinetry
- Prep, sand, seal, and finish wood surfaces
- Mix and match stains, paints, and finishes
- Maintain consistent color, sheen, and quality
- Work independently while meeting production deadlines
- Keep the spray booth and work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience spraying/finishing cabinets, millwork, or furniture
- Knowledge of stains, lacquers, paints, and clear coats
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
