Senior Business Analyst

Location: EU Responsibilities and tasks: Collaborate with insurance business units to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases Translate complex business problems and legacy insurance rules into detailed functional requirements and user stories Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities Facilitate collaborative design sessions and requirement workshops between business stakeholders and technical squads Define objective user acceptance criteria (UAT) and validate that delivered AI models meet performance targets Conduct gap analyses to ensure new AI capabilities align perfectly with existing customer-facing channels Our expectations of the ideal candidate: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex digital products Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, or similar business process modeling methodologies Experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to identify automation opportunities Experience in developing use cases, user stories, and conducting gap analysis Experience in defining requirements for AI solutions aligned with existing business processes and user journeys Ability to define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and participate in the validation of AI solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations Nice to have: Experience in the insurance industry is considered a strong advantage We offer: flexible working time professional and ambitious team learning opportunities, seminars and conferences and time for exploring new technologies co-funding for language courses (English) At *instinctools, we take the security of your personal data very seriously.
