Hours:

Monday through Friday- 8am to 5pm (Fully Onsite)

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Corporate recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Experience supporting large or multi-location organizations

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting activities
• Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
• Coach hiring leaders on recruiting best practices and market trends
• Partner with sourcing teams and HR stakeholders to deliver top talent
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects
• Support high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield, IL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
