Responsibilities
- Supervise and train phlebotomy staff across multiple patient service centers and client sites
- Perform phlebotomy duties and specimen collection as needed
- Conduct site inspections and monitor patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels
- Complete new hire and annual competency assessments for team members
- Address customer service issues and coordinate schedule adjustments with supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency or completed training program
- In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
