What You’ll Build As an Agency Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing your own Farmers Insurance business in the Phoenix Metro. Develop and execute a business plan to launch and grow your agency Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing Build relationships with customers and referral partners throughout the East Valley Recruit, train, coach, and lead an agency sales team Set sales goals and manage daily activity and performance Develop strategies to increase new business, retention, and customer referrals Use CRM, lead-generation, automation, and AI tools to manage and grow the business Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen customer relationships Build a strong local presence within the East Valley community Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the agency Participate in ongoing Farmers training, coaching, and District Office development Work toward building a profitable, scalable agency with long-term business value Requirements Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Entrepreneurial and interested in business ownership Competitive and motivated by performance Experienced in sales, leadership, management, or business development Comfortable recruiting and leading a team Strong at building relationships Self-motivated and accountable Coachable and willing to follow proven systems Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and AI tools Interested in building long-term income and business value Connected to or interested in becoming part of the East Valley business community Insurance experience is helpful, but not required .
