QSR Assistant Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from $50K to $60K

QSR Assistant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years in an Manager role within quick service or high-volume restaurants exceeding $2M in revenue
- Consistent job history with solid tenure in recent roles
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing teams
- Comfort managing financials and driving profit
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
QSR Assistant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience with major burger or chicken concepts such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Taco Bell, White Castle, or Shake Shack
QSR Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Operations:
- Run daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and cleanliness
- Execute company systems and standards with consistency
- Coach, train, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
- Manage sales, labor, and food costs to hit financial goals
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues quickly
