What You Will Be Doing Directing and driving daily shop‑floor operations for the production and assembly crew, successfully balancing labor allocation to meet daily output targets Managing the master outbound shipping and delivery timeline, keeping logistics pipelines synchronized to ensure high‑priority custom orders reach clients exactly on schedule Safeguarding technical and data accuracy by auditing Bills of Material (BOMs), handling real‑time ERP updates, and overseeing labor and productivity reporting Mentoring, developing, and upskilling a versatile shop workforce through structured cross‑training, rigorous safety compliance, and proactive performance coaching Serving as the primary onsite point person for equipment uptime, driving basic process improvements on the floor to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks What We Are Looking For Proven Leadership Core: 5 or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years acting as the "take‑charge" authority on a fast‑paced production floor. Logistics Ownership: A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on ownership over outbound shipping schedules, showing a proven ability to push orders out the door on time.
