Position Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time. Experience managing crea and subcontracted labor, including assigning work, scheduling, and performance. The Ideal Candidate: 10+ years experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling/construction
Eye for detail & quality control
Facilitating daily operations, calculate and schedule materials needed
Coordinate project schedule
Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related
Computer savvy including MS Office
Ensure Safety protocols
Knowledge of best building practices.
